Being that my favorite energy bar has been recalled due to the peanut salmonella scare, I have had to find another safe snack bar. LARABAR Peanut Butter Cookie flavor and some CLIF bars and many others have been recalled. The FDA website has the whole list.
So I made the Super-Charge Me! cookies from Dreena Burton's Eat, Drink and Be Vegan. These cookies are incredibly healthy and very tasty. These will be my new snack bars!
